Missionary Profile

EI Canada’s mission is partnering with churches in serving their communities. This is done through many programs including rehabilitation and development, relief work, and spiritual ministries. Richard’s role involves making decisions on a corporate level, providing support and encouragement for the missionaries both in the home office and overseas, fundraising and speaking on behalf of the mission at many different functions. Support from Springvale is also directed for Cindy Bates in Member Care. She cares for all our Canadian Missionaries both here in the Canadian office and abroad. Support from Springvale is also directed for Kristy Nowell in our Public Engagement department. Her role is to report on stories from the field and work with our missionaries to bring these stories to our donors. She is also responsible for all our appeals throughout the year.
